At Forest Town Primary School we believe that all children should ‘Belong, Aim High and Succeed!’ This is regardless of their strengths, needs or difficulties. We aim to value each child in our school individually and provide them with the very best learning opportunities to support them in achieving their potential.

If you would like to discuss your child’s needs please speak to their class teacher in the first instance or you can make an appointment to see the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), Mrs Purchase.

From the 1st September 2014, under Section 65 (3) (a) of the Special Educational Needs (Information) Regulations, all schools are required to publish an SEND Information Report on their school websites. This is included within the SEND section along with the SEND Policy and further sources of information and support.
