School Meals and Milk
School Meals
Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to free school meals as part of the Universal Infant Free School Meal programme.
Children in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 must pay for school meals, unless in receipt of Free School Meals (see below for more information).
If your child attends Nursery for the whole day and you would like them to have a school meal, please speak with the school office.
Meals are charged at £2.90 per day (£14.50 per week) and are payable via your child's our child's My Child at School (MCAS) account. Parents/carers must ensure enough funds are available each day on MCAS to pay for meals.
You may also choose to send your child to school with a healthy packed lunch, instead of opting for school meals.

Cool Milk
Did you know our school provides a school milk scheme?
By registering your child for our school milk scheme they will receive a 189ml (third of a pint) carton of semi-skimmed milk every day. This is delivered fresh and chilled to their classroom every day.
How much does it cost?
Thanks to government subsidies, school milk is free for all under-fives and is subsided at around £15 a term for children aged five or older. Milk is also free for those entitled to Free School Meals.
Why should I register my child?
School milk provides your child with essential nutrients. It is also rehydrating and energy boosting, helping to bridge the long gap between breakfast and lunch so children stay focused.
